New Clickbank Article Marketing Update

Well it looks like my approach is working well, you can see by the screen shot that my sales went up alot after last friday when i started blogging everyday about the product name.

One other thing i have been doing is looking at my statcounter stats and when one of my sites is found by a unique keyword i quickly write a post around that keyword. I figure somebody already looked for it so someone else probably will to!

Secondly if you have an ezinearticles account you can go to your author stats page. Where it shows you how many times your article has been viewed click on the total number of article views.

You will be taken to a page that will show you the top 5 or so keywords for the month that were used to find your article. This is really valuable and can help you find some really good keywords!

Just keep looking for little ideas like this that can help you keep moving forward. And remember you need to do something everyday, whether it is a blog post or a new article do something because consistency is key!

Clickbank Article Marketing Strategy Update

It seems that my new strategy might be paying off,since starting it this week i have had a 4 days in a row now with sales and traffic is picking up!!I am hoping i can get it back to where it was before! There is a screen shot to the left that shows my sales as of 10 am Saturday morning.

I have been writing like a madman as well, a new blog post everyday on the same few products is getting tiring. How many times can i say the same thing in a different way!!! I also noticed as I post to my blog about the products i promote i am moving up in Google for the actual product name. This is a nice side benefit!

In an attempt to gain a few more sales and more traffic I have begun to start using free web 2.0 properties to put up pages around low hanging keywords. All i do is set the original blog post up for spinning using Magic Article Rewriter.This has by far been the best article spinner i have used. Its easy and the creator is always making it better. It is manual so it does need your input but in my opinion thats the best way to go!

I give each sentence 3 new versions to pick from then change a few synonyms within the new sentences. I can spin a 300 word article like this in about 40 minutes. Then i submit it to about 15 web 2.0 pages i have using Web link Robot. This is a pretty cool program that will register and post to new web 2.0 accounts automatically and also post to existing web 2.0 networks! It also will spin the articles as it submits them. You just have to load them in spin ready format from magic article rewriter!

With this strategy i have been able to pick off 5-7 spots on some low hanging keywords. Not sure of their sticking power but i think a few back links to them would do the trick!

Anyways I will keep you guys posted on how this all shakes out! Hopefully i can get back to having $100 days a few times a week again!

Effective Tip For Finding Article Marketing Topics

Just a quick and effective article market tip that i picked up from
digging for gold

Head over to yahoo answers and type in a keyword for your niche in to the Yahoo Answers search box.This will allow you to see what questions are being asked over there that relate to your niche.

Find a few questions that seem like people would commonly ask. Then using the yahoo answers search box put the question in the box and see how many people have looked for that question or related questions. If it seems fairly popular write and answer to that question.

Submit your answer in the form of an article to ezinearticles and other top article directories. Articles that have titles that include phrases like "How can I,How Do I,Will I,How To" Will do very well on the article directories and should drive you some decent traffic to your sites or blogs.

For example if some posts a question "How do I Lose Weight Cheaply" Your article title could be "Weight Loss Tips-How Can I Lose Weight Cheaply"

If you are writing for a new niche you are not quite familiar with You can even use the answers that were given to the question to help you write your own unique article,just make sure to rewrite it in your own words. This simple but effective strategy works well.

March 2009 Making Money WIth Clickbank Article Marketing Progress Update

Well march came to a close and i missed beating Februarys earnings by a few dollars. I was still able to pull out $460.99 in earnings. It would have been over $525 but i had a few returns.

Still I have about 15 hours of work invested this month writing articles so that to me is a pretty good return on investment. I have 102 live articles for my second product live at ezinearticles with 7 more waiting for approval. All articles are 250-275 words.

This month something weird was going on with CB. I had 4-5 day streaks with no sales and this was getting me worried.

There were even others on some popular Internet marketing forums that were experiencing the same thing as me. These were people doing consistent hundred dollar days then having sudden runs of no sales. Anyways It seems to me to have disappeared and went back to normal, for me anyway.

Even in this weird month I had my 3 highest earning days ever. I had two days in the $60 rang and one day i made just under $75!! I just need to hit my first $100 day and i will be happy.

I really feel it is all going to start paying off soon and I am looking into outsourcing some tasks like article writing and possibly article submissions.

The bad news is my first product i started promoting has really fallen in sales. It is a hobby related item and i think that once the economy picks back up the sales will start again, after all it is getting 100-150 hops per day from 132 articles.

I am also in the process of setting up a sales page for my own product and am curious to see how that works out! It is non Internet marketing related!

Additional earnings were $4.32 from bidvertiser, $1.63 from ebay partner network and $60 for a 10 pack of articles I wrote for another marketer. So all in all i Did over $500 this month.

Awesome Free CPA Report-The Best Free Report I Have Ever Read

I just downloaded and read one of the best FREE reports i have ever read. It was 89 pages and covered everything from keyword research to video marketing.

Even though the overall theme of the report was about CPA (cost per action) it covered so much more.It went over so many free resources that i did not even know existed.

February clickbank article marketing update

my february sales were doing great then suddenly decreased. I still finished up the month with a total sales commisions of $463.42 it was $488.34 but i had one return.


So far that is the only return i have had so i must be picking good products!!

I am not sure why may sales decreased, i have the same amount of hops but the sales dropped off.I am thinking it is the economy and people are nervous about buying anything right now.

Additionally i had alot of my ads removed from craigslist and i think alot of my sales were coming from there.

I am re evaluating my craigslist plan and will report how that goes.

The first day of march looked good with $47.72 as of 3:30 pm CST so maybe that will be an indicator that things will turn around for me.

I have to do better then last month or i will be frustrated to say the least.

And again all the sales are either from craigslist ads or ezinearticles redirecting right to the merchants sales page and no website of my own.

Earnings With Clickbank Article Marketing

Since i have been reporting on my clickbank earnings i thought i would post some proof of what i am posting. Here is a screen shot i took at 8:50 CST on the 13th of February. As you can see i have good days and bad days for sales. But with consistent effort and work my earnigns and sales are starting to pick up more and more.

I would never go back to adsense again after getting my clickbank efforts to start producing a profit for me.

I do not miss that feeling of wondering about being Adsense compliant of if i am getting click bombed or anything else that would jeopardize my account.

All of my efforts were done with free methods like article marketing, craigslist, blog comments and other popular free methods.

While these earnings are not huge by clickbank standards they are a decent side income for me and i feel good about going from zero clickbank sales to a few hundred a month in 2 and a half months.

As of February 12th i had earned $250.45 in sales that puts me at $20.87 a day. Since i was making between $25 and $30 a day with adsense I am thrilled with those numbers!!

Different Uses For Instant Article Wizard

Over the last week i have been using blog commenting and commenting on hubpages to bring in more traffic to my clickbank product pages. Some niches were easy because i knew alot about them.

While others I knew very little about and i had to think about what to type or quickly research an intelligent comment. That took to much time.

To get around the time issue i was using i got an idea to use Instant Article Wizard to generate information i could use to post an intelligent on topic comment. I worked out very well and none of my comment got deleted as spam and all were published.

Another thing i used Instant Article Wizard for recently was to write product reviews. I never thought of using it like this before but it worked great. I just typed something like "cannon digital cameras are"

Instant Article Wizard would then return hundreds of sentences that started with that specific term. Writing a review about the topic was very easy.

You could get even more specific and use actual product names and write a review or product overview really fast.

Instant article wizard definitely has more uses then just writing articles and having found a new use for an old tool is something that makes me pretty happy.

Article Marketing And Clickbank Progress

Well after my great week sales dropped off the face of the earth which i attribute to the Christmas holiday rush. I had no sales from December 20th-25th. But i did have two on the 26th and two more on the 28th. So i think that now that Christmas has passed people should be getting back to normal again and sales should pick up.

I wrote a few more articles and will be writing at least 30 this week but am shooting for 50 to have at last 130 live articles for this product. I have 80 live so far.

I did learn one valuable lesson recently. I had a sale that gave me about half of what i normally make for commission. I emailed the merchant directly and they told me they list the percentage of sale on clickbank based off the customer buying an up sell they offer not off the actual product price. They claim most people take the up sell so they feel OK about listing it this way.

Most of my sales took the up sell so its not that big a deal but something to be aware of and double check. Only two out of twenty four sales did not take it so at this point I am ok with it.

Banned From Adsense-Clickbank Article Marketing Update

I wanted more traffic to my afilliate pages so i just went and put a redirect on some of my domains that have over 40 articles from www.ezinearticles.com linking to them. I redirected to various clickbank products in the niche the articles were in.

I did this Wednesday before i left for a Thanksgiving trip. I came home today to find a nice $40.09 commission on my account for a credit repair kit.

So far i have made $196.25 from clickbank and $32 from paydotcom.com since losing my adsense accounts on november 14. Comes out to about $16.30 a day, just under what my adsense was by about $9.

WHile the numbers are still lower then if i still had my adsense account active it is a sign to me that i can do this without Google Adsense.

Banned From Adsense-Clickbank Article Marketing Campaign Update

After being banned from adsense i started down a path to article marketing clickbank products in order to replace my lost income. It started out very well on Novemer 6th with a burst of initial sales but has slowed a bit, i have not made a sale in the last 6 days. I am one third of my way to my goal of 150 live articles for the niche at ezinearticles and will continue to soldier on.

Where I Am At

I currently have 47 live articles for my niche at ezinearticles and am going to start rewriting the top performing ones and posting them to the following directories. I will link with an anchor text link to my ezinearticles from these other directories to see if i can bump up some of my articles in the google rankings. I will also inclue one link to my clickbank product. Should be interesting to see what happens. Each article will be 100% rewritten for each directory.

Article Performance So Far

Total hops for this niche campaign so far is 1024 hops with six sales. But with 47 articles and two links in each resource box and the fact that ezinearticles checks each link twice per article submission that would knock the hops down to around 836 then i probably used up the other 36 testing hop links and stuff so in total i have about 800 hops and 6 sales that equal $46 and change.

While not a huge commissions this niche is one i know inside and out so writing about is easy and makes getting things done for it much easier. Once ii have a better grasp on the system i will try a product that pays out better

I also sold an asthma ebook from my clickbank rotator ads that netted me just under 22. The clickbank ad rotator is kinda cool. It replaces adsense ads on websites and will display ads for niche related clickbank products. If you look on the right hand side of this post you can see them in action.

It is going slow and with the holidays coming up i think people are worried about other things and saving money for Christmas. However the niche i am in usually is very busy from September through spring and is hobby related. I do have full confidence in the system and know that once the holidays pass and the economy does not get any worse the sales should start to roll in more then they are now.

My next step is to try a few ads at the online classified advertising site USfree ads I also want to build a wordpress blog on the subject and maybe some other stuff if i have the time. A landing page with an opt in box is also a top priority as well but having a family with two kids under 6 is keeping me away from getting some of that done as quick as I would like.

Might Try Pay Per Click

I was able to get $20 in free Pay Per Click at bidvertiser and will be trying that out very soon to. Probably going to wait until after the first of the year for PPC though. i want to see if sales increase with traffic from the articles and usfreeads before i burn thourgh the $20.

I also want to give adwords atry but will wait and see what happens after the holidays.
